There’s so much more to consider beyond home price. That’s why we designed estimation tools with suggestions to break down costs and give customers a larger picture of what to expect. As scope grew, I hired the great folks at Huge to augment our internal team and help bring the vision to life.
Connecting now with tomorrow
Alongside the website redesign, I contributed to prototyping new ways for the bank to support customer savings goals, including contextual nudges and ML-assisted chat to proactively encourage saving. This work informed the Chase Autosave product.
I also recruited and built a multi-faceted design team across New York and Texas offices to support the future of the product.
