Guiding homebuyers to increase preapprovals

To improve customer perceptions and the loan origination funnel, I led the revamp of the Homeloans website, which featured a clean lifestyle look and helpful tools for future homebuyers.

Helping first-time buyers estimate costs to build trust

There’s so much more to consider beyond home price. That’s why we designed estimation tools with suggestions to break down costs and give customers a larger picture of what to expect.

Encouraging savings to partition money

Users needed proactive help with saving. We designed and researched several prototypes, like this, surfacing contextual nudges (chat-assisted AI) to get them looking ahead and saving for their goals. This work would later inform the Chase Autosave product.

Improving the payments experience for greater ease of use

The previous payment experience was clunky and inconsistent across Chase apps. I created a single-door design system with shared components and modalities. This work spearheaded the payment portions of the complete design system for the bank.
